Leo XIV appoints Cardinal Luis Tagle as new dean of the College of Cardinals. Today, Pope Leo XIV has accepted the resignation of Cardinal Giovanni Battista Re, 92, as Dean of the College of Cardinals. He approved the election of Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle as the new Dean of the College of Cardinals. Cardinal Tagle is Pro-Prefect of the Dicastery for Evangelization. Nicknamed “Chito,” the sentimal prelate is known for singing and crying in public. He has wept during liturgies, promotions and talks. In 2015, Tagle condemned the Church's use of “harsh language” toward homosexual, claiming it had contributed to their alleged isolation. In 2017, he participated in an Easter campaign promoting greater acceptance of marginalized people, including homosexuals. #newsThwhrzspyd
Leo XIV warns against those who “radicalize” Catholic teaching. Pope Leo XIV spoke during a Eucharist in St. Peter’s Basilica marking the opening of the 2026–2027 academic year for Rome’s Pontifical Universities. He said: “In every age, there is no shortage of false teachers who exploit the religious sentiments of many believers for their own interests, often pushing them to radicalize certain aspects of the teaching they have received at the expense of the whole — the whole, which is Christ and his Gospel.” Leo XIV then invented a Church’s responsibility for both “to safeguard” the revelation but also “to develop, within diverse contexts, a prayerful understanding of it”. #newsCulbilpxew
The Pharisees pretty much accused Our Lord of being a radical as well. Following Our Lord's directive, faithful Catholics in the world will make enemies of the world. "Pachamama Prevost" would consider that statement to be an example of "radicalizing Catholic teaching."
Gloria.tv needs you! For nearly two decades, Catholics and people of goodwill have been posting on Gloria.tv. Others read, comment on, and share their posts. Real people connect with real people. Every day, we block hundreds of thousands of bots. So far, around 200 donors have contributed a total of about €7,000 to our autumn fundraising campaign. One €50 donation came from an 88-year-old priest in Germany. He wrote in late September: “I thank you for your dedication, and may God bless your continued work for our Roman Catholic Church.” Can you help us raise the remaining €3,000 to cover our expenses until Advent? You can donate by PayPal or credit card through Kindful. Thank you very much for your help. May God reward you! #newsJnpqkzekit
“The Creator is the source of human dignity, not the State.” Cardinal Willem Jacobus Eijk of Utrecht, Netherlands, argued in an October 8 interview with LaNuovaBq.it that democratic majorities cannot determine fundamental human rights. Without recognition of God as Creator, the State assumes the power to decide who deserves legal protection and who does not, including unborn children. Eijk insisted that legislation must be grounded in natural moral law. He also pointed to growing numbers of young Catholics in France, the Netherlands and England who embrace Church doctrine as a sign of hope.
BTW, the above usually leads to perhaps the greatest blasphemy of our times i.e. that a temporal life is sacred. Here the cult of Holy Martyrs of God ends and starts the one of idols and demons.
Strange words. We can talk about our Creator in many different praises: as the Source of life, truth, love, beauty, our reasonable soul and its salvation. But human dignity or "human rights"? God is no suffragist or cheap politician. And He is no humanist either. In his relationship, as the creature, towards God man does not need any human dignity/human rights and cannot claim one (as he is unworthy) unless he wants to claim "non serviam" - just as the ancient serpent. And the State, just as the man, should also serve God which the post-conciliar revolution forgot about. It is the source of things forbidden to the State, killing children included. The God's direct commandment, God's direct order, yes also the natural law. Not any inalienable dignity or "human rights". Hell is full of people who claimed them.
For those who can't read Rt in your country. I will also leave you the article here. The video is also included from youtube so you can watch it as well. US city council opens with ‘Hail Satan’ prayer (VIDEO) The invocation triggered an uproar after a pastor accused the speaker of placing a “curse” on the Iowa community Published 8 Oct, 2026 00:37 | Updated 8 Oct, 2026 05:43 An Iowa city council meeting erupted into controversy after opening with a Satanic invocation that ended with the words “Hail Satan,” prompting a local pastor to demand that officials “reverse this curse.” Matt Dalbey, an Ottumwa resident and former city council member, delivered the invocation at Tuesday’s meeting under a policy allowing residents of different religions and belief systems to open council proceedings with a prayer or reflection. Dalbey began by addressing a “dark father” and invoking what he called the “Luciferian impulse” before concluding: “It is done. Hail Satan.” The invocation immediately …Zwiṅwe
Cardinal Gerhard Ludwig Müller declared that the Marian title Co-Redemptrix expresses “a truth objectively contained in revelation”. He said at the De Maria numquam satis conference in Rome on October 8 that the title is neither “a misleading attribution nor an enthusiastic exaggeration.” “This title must not be silenced because of rejection by Protestants,” Cardinal Müller said, criticizing the Protestant understanding of justification for excluding man's free cooperation in redemption. Cardinal Müller also rejected the objection that the title Co-Redemptrix appeared only in the late Middle Ages. “The fact that a truth of faith is contained in Revelation must not be confused with its conceptual formulation,” he said, comparing its development to the later theological formulation of Christological doctrines. “Anyone who knows the rules of Catholic theology can find no reason for scandal in the analogical use of Christological and soteriological titles,” he added. Cardinal Müller did not …Zwiṅwe
A house (church) divided against itself, will not last. The traditionalists MUST hold fast and never accept the modernist ideas that are attacking dogma and morality.
“It’s very clear to me that there was more unity in the Church when we were living under Summorum Pontificum than we are now under Traditionis Custodes.” Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone of San Francisco made the remarks in an interview with TribuneChretienne.com on October 8. He said that the radical liturgical changes following Vatican II had damaged, and in some cases even destroyed, Catholics’ faith. Cordileone also pointed to a generational reversal: Young Catholics increasingly seek to recover tradition, while older generations remain attached to the changes introduced in their youth. What still feels new to the Vatican II generation, he observed, looks like a bygone era to young Catholics, who are searching for something timeless.
Archbishop Cordileone of San Francisco: "There was more unity in the Church when we were living under Summorum Pontificum than we are now under Traditionis Custodes."
1. The Church has unity. Not "more or less" but the unity (of Faith and worship) as the basis/basic characteristics. If there is no such unity, well, you should search for the Church in another place. 2. If he said: It’s very clear to me that there was the greater fiction of unity between the Church and the neo-modernist Revolution when we were living under Summorum Pontificum than we are now under Traditionis Custodes, I would say: true indeed but he prefers to present the false description/diagnosis. 3. No Catholic is "under Traditionis Custodes" as that tyrannical document is null and void. Only "dumb dogs" prophesized by Isaias (Is 56) - sleeping and loving dreams - are under it.
Watch over your children. Always. Even when other kids are around. I don’t care how polite, quiet, sweet, or well-behaved another child may seem. You do not know what that child has seen. You do not know what kind of language they hear every day, what situations have become normal in their home, or what emotional weight they may already be carrying on shoulders that are far too small for it. Some children are exposed to things your child has never had to think about—and should never have to. Words they should not know yet. Behaviors they should not be dealing with. Confusing or unhealthy ideas about what is acceptable. And that is not necessarily the child’s fault. Children absorb the environments they grow up in. They learn from what they see, what they hear, what adults allow, and what they are forced to accept as normal. But your child is still your responsibility, and your child deserves protection. Not every home teaches respect. Not every child understands personal boundaries. And …Zwiṅwe
Cardinal notes “changing understandings of gender,” says Church must discern how to change. At Leo XIV's meeting marking ten years of Amoris Laetitia on October 8, Cardinal Filipe Neri Ferrão delivered a speech on the challenges facing families in Asia. He is the President of the Conference of Bishops of India. Discussing changes in the “identity, nature and composition of the family,” the cardinal observed that “new forms of partnership and cohabitation are emerging, amid changing understandings of gender and relationships in urban settings.” Reflecting on what the Church has learned from its pastoral work, Ferrão declared: “Pastoral work is itself a place of discernment. We don't arrive with ready-made answers. We discern together with families and, in doing so, we learn how the Church herself is being asked to change.” In his conclusion, the cardinal stated that “there is no single stereotype of an ideal family” and asked, “What is the Holy Spirit asking the Church to change – not …Zwiṅwe
