Leo XIV embraced and blessed 11-year-old Marie-Garance during his visit to Lourdes. Marie-Garance, who lives with profound multiple disabilities, was adopted at 16 months by Clotilde and Nicolas Noël, a Catholic couple who already had six biological children.
